Guest Invest are a property development company with an exciting and original approach to hotel refurbishment. They restyle hotels in the most stylish and luxurious way imaginable and then sell the room to individual investors. Their first development, Guesthouse West in Notting Hill, London was a huge success.

The company asked us, in association with their marketing company Heavenly, to produce a pop-up brochure showcasing their new development, Nest, in Paddington.
